What was Sławomir Mentzen talking about?
Mentzen promises his supporters that after his win “in 10 years Poland will be the best place to live throughout the European Union”. As president, among another things, it will veto any bill that raises or complicates taxes, and will consequence in pensions being exempt from income tax. In his speech he criticised the EU's Green Deal policy. He announced his rejection, returning to coal-based energy. He noted that politicians have been talking about the construction of the Polish atomic power plant for many years and that it inactive remains in the sphere of promises.
