Croatia will buy Czech trucks with money from SAFE

On 2 October, the Croatian Ministry of Defence signed an agreement with the Czech Ministry of Defence on joining the framework agreement for the acquisition of Tatra Force 6x6 and 8x8 trucks (2nd and 3rd generation) concluded by Prague with the Czechoslovak Group holding a year earlier. This opened up the anticipation of Zagreb acquiring specified vehicles on terms negotiated by Prague. After the completion of the negotiation process, the Croats would be given the chance to order the Tatra Mountains individually according to their own needs under the agreed conditions.
