A critical study by NIK on the merger of Orlen and Lotus. Both defend themselves

Former president of Orlen, Daniel Obietek, dismisses the allegations of NIK concerning the merger of Orlen and Lotus. He argues that the home had no right or competence to measure the economical aspects of the merger. NIK considers otherwise and indicates that the sale of assets was below their value by PLN 5 billion.
