A large Obstacle for Russians
The Kiev Army has no power to launch a massive land raid on Crimea. But Ukrainians are sowing confusion and panic on the peninsula. The people of Sevastopol regret that during the raids the authorities do not want to let them into shelters, intended only for officers and military officers.
