– There was a scandal surrounding the sale of a strategical game under Central Communication Port.

It is well documented, we have added respective twelve attachments, almost 2.5 1000 different papers have been analysed. The prosecution has taken appropriate action.
– The CPK company is accused that the investigation took besides long.

We are professionals; we had to conduct proceedings inside the company, then the selected law firm assessed the material we collected. It wasn't the only announcement we made to the D.A. There are more cases examined by the law firm on our behalf. There was no idleness on our side. According to our lawyers, the game was sold in violation of the CPK Act. KOWR lawyers explained that they did not agree with this interpretation.
"However, the KOWR began negotiations with the buyer of the game to redeem it.
– Originally the owner did not express his will to sale the plot, but in fresh days he changed his mind.
– Is it in the notarial sales act that the game can be redeemed at the acquisition price?
- Yeah, there's a evidence in the deal between the KOWR and the buyer. The game can be redeemed within 5 years in a circumstantial situation. 1 is to change the local plan. CPK is already preparing a strategy for the improvement of the nearest airport environment. It will be a planning paper covering respective municipalities. Another solution may be to initiate a procedure that may consequence in expropriation for a public purpose, only that it would not concern the full plot, but a fragment on which the investment of the public purpose, in this case – the tracks of the advanced velocity Railway. I hope that an agreement can be reached rapidly and that the KOWR will buy the game at the acquisition price and then transfer it free of charge to the CPK. Of course, it will not close the case, due to the fact that it needs to be thoroughly explained how the Kuriosian sale took place in 2023 just before the Law and Justice gave up power. It is outrageous that the game – alternatively of being transferred to CPK – was sold to a private person.
– There is no uncertainty that CPK is injured in this case.
– Yeah, and any people forget that. All irregularities concern the execution of transactions between the NAWR and a private person. This occurred at the end of the United Right Government. Law and Justice politicians were very dubious about this.
– This is primarily about erstwhile Minister of Agriculture Robert Telus, Deputy Minister of Rafał Romanowski, as well as Head of the KOWR Waldemar Humięcki. Jarosław Kaczyński rapidly suspended them in organization members' rights, but PiS tries to shift work to others.
