Pension recalculation cases related to the June 4, 2024 CT ruling are so complicated that retirees are frequently dismissed (if they lose an unjustified dispute with the Social safety Administration). The court then uses the phrase: "there was a ,particularly justified case in the form of the applicant's subjective belief in the legitimacy of the claim in light of the judgement of the Constitutional Court."
