The court has unlawfully waived the punishment for the Black on White study on Rydzyk

The decision of the territory Court in Warsaw in the first instance in full waived the punishment of over 140 1000 PLN, imposed in 2024 by then president of the National Broadcasting and tv Council Maciej Świrski on TVN for providing a study "Black to White" on Tadeusz Rydzyk's activities in TVN24 GO (now TVN24+). The justification for the judgement emphasized that the material "does not contain hateful content" and is "the realization of the right of journalists to freely present information". The infringement was besides identified in the process of making decisions on punishment.
