- At the moment, the correspondence of officially unknown content that was received from the Constitutional Tribunal is the private correspondence of prosecutor Michał Ostrowski - said prosecutor Anna Adamiak. The spokeswoman for the prosecutor general emphasized that Adam Bodnar's deputy - in accordance with the current order from 2022 signed by the then head of the Constitutional Tribunal Dariusz Barski - did not have the tools to independently start the proceedings regarding the "coup d'état".
