Police officers, after proceeding witnesses of the tragedy and reviewing recordings from close cameras, already knew that it was not just a simple pedestrian strike but a deliberate action. Just before the incident, there was an altercation between them, after which the perpetrator first deliberately hit the victim’s car and then drove away. He came back after a twelve minutes. erstwhile he saw his friend standing on the sidewalk with his own strength, a speeding car deliberately drove into him and ran away. But he came back again to run over the victim lying on the road. Then he got out of the car and went to the hit man. He started pulling on him and went back to the car. As the criminal said, there was a passenger in the car all the time – a brother of a 47-year-old offender who got out for a while, but did not give the victim any help. After all, the brothers left in an unknown direction. Police officers rapidly identified their car, which they abandoned a fewer miles from the scene. The perpetrators are facing life imprisonment. The brothers were found in 1 of the hotels. 47-year-old resident of Krakow and his 38-year-old brother were arrested.47-year-olds heard the charge of attempted murder, for which he is facing life imprisonment. His younger brother was accused of not helping a individual in immediate danger of losing his life or health. He's facing imprisonment for up to 3 years.
