During Operation Feniks, Polish soldiers in areas affected by the flood coordinated the action to supply assistance utilizing the crisis management strategy "Jaśmin". Its producer, Teldat, at this year's MSPO Fair in Kielce shows the latest version of the solution, which she utilized free of charge last year to fight the consequences of the cataclysm.

Crisis situations can be highly different from wellness (e.g. epidemic), through natural ones (i.e. the fight against the effects of destructive force of the elements) to method ones (e.g. power plants or chemical plants failure), but they connect one. erstwhile security, health, life and property of people are threatened, dozens of state organs and services enter into the action: from the fire department, through the emergency services and the police, to the military and the government administration. No substance what kind of crisis we are dealing with and what actors we are active in to guarantee that the actions carried out are effective, it is absolutely essential to coordinate them comprehensively.
Unfortunately, however, so far, the Polish crisis management system, consisting of both uniform and civilian services, has not been equipped with an electronic tool that would enable the management of the full assistance operation, including the collection of data in real-time and the disposal of data among the applicable recipients.

During this year's global Defence manufacture Salon in Kielce, Teldat shows a panacea for this problem – developed by Polish engineers Multienvironment Automated Crisis Management strategy "Jaśmin". This solution is based on the well-known Polish soldiers' C3IS “Jaśmin” command strategy and allows to make for services operating in real-time the Combined Emergency/Operation Image, i.e. collected in 1 place all essential geospatial data and information about what is happening in a given area. The detailedness of this data will depend strictly on the needs of the recipients – the commanding staff may know, for example, how many more vehicles have in action, whether they will arrive in a certain place in time, how many people await evacuation.

– The strategy can collect data from various types of reconnaissance systems, e.g. hydro- and meteorological sensors, city cameras or drones, and supply them to the assisting officers, informing about, for example, the leak in the shafts or the fresh fire outbreak," explains Łukasz Blechman, Deputy manager of the Marketing and Trade Department of Teldat.
Tested in combat
What the SZK ‘Jaśmin’ could do, the Polish Army could learn during Operation Fenix, erstwhile this was the solution utilized by WOT staff in Wrocław, the leader of the aid and the removal of flood effects, the tool was besides utilized in the ongoing operation “Safe West” on the Polish-German border.

According to Teldat, their product is constantly developed and subjected to many tests and tests, both home and international. – The crisis management strategy "Jaśmin" was utilized during global exercises, specified as CWIX, but besides the civilian agreement and territorial defence troops. Last year, for example, the codenamed “Chelmza ‘24” or “Bieszczady ‘24” and this year, among others, “Kryzysza ‘25”, “Biszcza ‘25”, “Cooperation ‘25”, “High Wave ‘25”, “Zakopane ‘25”, “Bystry Ivych ‘25” and “Hurgan ‘25”” are listed by Daniel Lemke, associate of the Management Board and the operational manager of Teldat.
