The appeal against the verdict of the senator of the Civic Coalition, convicted in the drainage scandal, will be conducted by a colleague from the department of the justice who issued the decision in the first instance – "Rzeczpospolita" has learned. The court claims that this will not affect its objectivity. The senator has a different opinion.
