Payments to presidential campaigns: Trzaskowski and Nawrocki headed

The biggest support from donors for presidential campaigns is the committees of candidates Rafał Trzaskowski (KO) and supported by PiS Karol Nawrocki. The contributors include presidents of pharmaceutical companies, real property businessmen and politicians.


Under the electoral code, contributions to the committee may be made by Polish citizens residing in Poland. Maximum amount of payment from 1 individual is 15 times the minimum wage for work, i.e. 69 990 zł. Any payment exceeding the amount of the minimum wage for work, i.e. PLN 4666, must be entered in the Committee's registry of payments.

Maximum amount - 69 1000 PLN 990 - candidate KO for president Rafał Trzaskowski co-chairs of the Supervisory Board of CD Marcin Iwiński and Adam Kiciński, among others.

The same amount or minimally little was paid by the founder of 1 of the largest Polish pharmaceutical companies Aflofarm Andrzej Furman, president of the Grupa Pracuj (which includes work.pl) Przemysław Gacek, president of the clothing company Monnari Trade Mirosław Misztal, president of the company Diagnostics Jakub Swadźba and president of the Auction home Polswiss Art Iwona Büchner-Grzesiak. A full of 221 contributions were made to the Trzask electoral committee by Friday, April 18.

On the electoral committee website supported by the candidate's PiS Karol Nawrocki A list of 356 contributions made to his run is shown (the last entry is dated 4 April). The maximum amount for the Nawrocki run was transferred by Senator PiS, creator of SKOK Grzegorz Bierecki, erstwhile Prime Minister, Deputy Head of Law and Justice Mateusz Morawiecki, president of the Altum Sławomir Volyniec Group or Henryk Koniecny. There is besides a large group of PiS politicians, as well as people associated with the group. 20 1000 zlotys were paid by Ms Anna Fotyga. The erstwhile chief of Orlen paid PLN 11,000, and now Euro MP Daniel Obietek. 10 1000 zlotys were paid, among others, by the Euro MP Ryszard Legutko, or by the head of the MF in the government of the Law and the associate of the board of NBP Paweł Szalamach. The Nawrocki Committee on the website besides reported that it had not taken any credit.

Presidential elections 2025

For the Confederate candidate's run Sławomir Mentzen 61 people paid above the limit. 3 of them supported the run account with a maximum amount of PLN 69 thousand. These are Maciej Ślusarczyk, Rafał Zieliński and Paweł Rachwalski - president and vice presidents of Sikorki 19 and Sikorki 21 companies dealing with real estate. Apart from these, the highest contributions were made by Michał Paluszkiewicz (41 1000 zł) - president of Turon company dealing with advertising campaigns and car wrapping; Ryszard Kozłowski (38 1000 zł) - president of CS694, real property company; Marcin Piasecki (35 1000 zł) - board associate in energy companies (including Veolia Energia); Zbigniew Pietrzykowski (30 1000 zł) - having medical practice Radiodiagnosis; Wojciech Kowalski (20 1000 zł) - associate of the board of the property company Fieldstone Investments and food maker Sante.

From the data placed on the 3rd Way candidate page Simona Holowna It is clear that 20 payments were made to his committee so far, the highest of which is PLN 14 thousand. The Holowna run was supported by respective 3rd Way politicians - including Euro MP Adam Jarubas and MPs Mirosław Suchoń, Ewa Schaedler and Ewa Szymanowska.

In the registry of electoral committee contributions Adrian Zandberg there are only 3 deposits over 4666 PLN. 2 of them came from people associated with the Together Party, and 1 from the influencer Olga Łegosh known online as Nomadmum81. The full amount of payments exceeding the limit is PLN 24 thousand. In turn, the full payment for Zandberg's run amounted to almost PLN 400 thousand, as informed by PAP of the proxy of the election committee Adrian Zandberg, Marcelin Zawisz. She pointed out that the run was financed solely by donations from citizens.

In the registry of electoral committee contributions Magdalena Biejat there are 2 deposits exceeding PLN 4666. 1 of them was paid by Maria Parzychowska-Kurpiewska, the candidate of the fresh Left in the last elections for the Europarliament. The full amount of payments in the registry is PLN 15 thousand. On the another hand, the full payment for the run amounted to PLN 62 thousand, as informed by the Chief of Election Staff Biejat Anna Górska.

The presidential election will take place on 18 May, their possible second circular - 1 June.
