Constitutional Tribunal: Transcription of Same-Sex matrimony Certificates Is Unconstitutional

The Constitutional Tribunal ruled on Tuesday that the transcription of same-sex matrimony certificates issued abroad is unconstitutional. Consequently, the Court found the regulation permitting specified transcription to be inconsistent with the Constitution.
