Constitutional Tribunal ruling. Bodnar's regulation "is unconstitutional"

The regulation of the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar from September 2024 is unconstitutional, the Constitutional Tribunal ruled on Thursday. It concerns the regulation expanding the allocation of cases for any of the alleged functional judges, including members of the National Council of the Judiciary, the disciplinary spokesperson for judges and his deputies.
