Consensus around the civilian Protection Act achieved?

The bill and civilian protection and the state of disaster – according to information received by the editorial board InfoSecurity24.pl – can be conducted even this week by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers. This is another step in the alternatively bumpy – so far – way of the document. The next step can so be to accept it by the government. From what the editorial board has learned, it is besides clear that a certain intergovernmental consensus was built around the bill, and the Ministry of abroad Affairs introduced any changes to the project, although any of them do not seem to belong to the fundamental categories.
