Democratic Congressman Al Green intends to put US president Donald Trump on trial “ Hill magazine writes.

"This time the legislature must find him guilty. He's a Goliath. He controls generals in the military. He controls the Justice Department. He controls the Republican Party, but, my friends, David is on all Goliath. I want you to know, Mr. President, that this David is going to file an impeachment motion against you in the next 30 days. In the next 30 days, I'm going to make an impeachment. I'm coming for you. Mr President, this David is coming for you," Green said during the “Hands Off!” protest in Washington.

According to Congressman Trump, he doesn't deserve the office he holds.

Green said earlier that he was working on another effort to put the President-in-Office on trial.

As the fresh York Times noted, Green is known in part on the Capitol for having challenged the Democratic organization leaders repeatedly, of which he is simply a member, to bring Trump to trial during his first term, even before the Democratic organization itself raised the issue. He did this 3 times since Trump's first year of office and all time he failed.
Trump became the only president in U.S. past to be charged twice in the home of Representatives, but was acquitted by Senators each time. Democrats organized the first trial in 2019. The head of state was suspected of halting military aid to Ukraine and demanded in return an investigation against her political opponent Joe Biden and his boy Hunter. Trump claimed that he only wanted Ukrainian authorities to fight corruption. The legislature acquitted him of both charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress' activities.

The home of Representatives passed a second impeachment in January 2021. Trump was then charged with incitement due to riots at the Capitol. The Senate, who considered impeachment erstwhile Trump was no longer president, acquitted him again.

Now Republicans have a majority in both chambers of Congress, so Trump's impeachment is unlikely.
