– It is hard to make any generalization of protests, which have already been reported in more than a thousand,' said the media Aleksander Stępkowski, the spokesperson for the ultimate Court on Monday.
– We have both substantive allegations related, for example, to difficulties in voting. We have situations in which individual who voted on the certificate has been taken distant from him by not the certificate that needs – due to the fact that the certificates were issued immediately for the first and second circular – the individual was taken from him during the first circular the certificate for the second circular and at the second circular he could not vote. These are protests that meet the conditions – he described.

– There are also, and they prevail, quite a few protests about very abstract allegations in which individual shares their convictions about a large number of irregularities, and no of these irregularities are documented, and therefore, depending on the content of these protests, the courts will admit each of these allegations individually," he pointed out.
Last Friday, Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar besides referred to reports of irregularities erstwhile counting votes in the presidential election. He pointed out the function of the prosecution in this matter.
"The function of the prosecution in these cases is that the prosecutors will give opinions on all electoral protests, that is, it works in specified a way that protests go to the ultimate Court, are then sent to the prosecutors' office and, in fact, a full squad of prosecutors are working on these cases. The Prosecutor’s Office is constantly responding to them – he explained.
– To my knowledge, 61 protests have already been received from the ultimate Court. Most of them were referred to by the D.A. A large part of them was unfounded. On the another hand, any of them were so serious that they besides resulted in the prosecution's request to convert the votes. In fact, the full procedure should be carried out by the ultimate Court or the territory Court, which is seconded to carry out this task – it was then.
– However, no substance what happens, various another irregularities may arise, which may scope for issues not only possibly mistakes, but may be related to possible crimes. Here I would like to stress that the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw conducts a review procedure in connection with the usage of an application for checking electoral statements," added the head of MS.
