President Donald Trump believes Russia wants to end the war and has an incentive to do so in the form of an economical partnership with the United States, White home spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday. Meanwhile, State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce questioned Russia's willingness to search a ceasefire.
