Confederation triumphs in the ultimate Court. It saved tens of millions of złoty

The court found the Confederation's complaint against the National Electoral Commission's decision of 2020 to be justified, "Rzeczpospolita" has learned. Thanks to this, the specter of the organization losing PLN 20.6 million in public money has disappeared.
