Compulsory share buybacks – SII will take part in a conciliation conference at the Ministry of Finance (Newsroom)

Work on the form of the regulations on compulsory buyouts is entering a decisive phase. SII submitted 1 comment to the draft law as part of the ongoing public consultations and will take part in the conciliation conference. As part of the consultations, there were besides voices of opposition to the proposal supported by SII.
