Forced stock buyouts – SII will take part in an agreement conference at the Ministry of Finance (Newsroom)

Work on the form of forced buyout rules is entering a decisive phase. SII made 1 remark to the draft bill in the framework of ongoing public consultation and will take part in an agreement conference. In the course of the consultation, there were besides voices of opposition to the proposal supported by SII.
