“I hope that we’ll see a female general in the Polish Army in the close future. We don’t have 1 yet,” said Deputy Minister of defence Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka. In an interview with RMF FM, she stated that women “are just as capable as men and execute well in all branches of the armed forces.”
