Compromising Russian air defence in Sevastopol [Comment]

The Ukrainians, hitting 2 Russian ships in the Sevastopol shipyard with missiles on 13 September 2023, did not usage any unique tactics and missiles unknown in Russia. Despite this, the Russians failed to prevent the attack, which puts in a very bad light both the weapons systems they usage and the very tactics of their use.
