"Complete disconnection". Kuba plunged into darkness

In Cuba, there was another power outage, as a consequence of which the island of almost 10 million inhabitants was plunged into darkness again on Sunday evening. This is the sixth specified case since the beginning of the year – in July, there were 3 complete power outages.
