Companies are returning to their offices, and vacant space is dwindling. Rents are on the emergence again

The return of employees to offices and the limited number of fresh developments are shifting the balance of power in the market. In Warsaw, immense request is rapidly depleting available space, rents are rising, and companies are having to plan their moves earlier and earlier. In the regions, on the another hand, a shortage of large, modern office spaces is becoming a problem.
