Comments on the amendment implementing DSA in Poland

In fresh months, work on the amendment of the Electronic Services Act implementing the EU Digital Services Act has become very advanced. As indicated in our website, in late September the government accepted the draft document. On 17 October, it was directed by the Sejm to work in the Committee on Digitalism, Innovation and Modern Technologies.
