Comment on the decision of the president of Warsaw

Below I present my individual comment on the decision of the city president of Warsaw, Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski: Mr. president Trzaskowski either does not realize what is going on with these 2 resolutions (and this is not good), or tries to ineptly lie (and this is even worse).
