It is much more crucial to hide, adapt, process velocity of information, defy interference, integrate with fire, realize the local environment and influence the decision-making process of the opponent. Therefore, the fresh imagination of peculiar forces is not to destruct elite formations, but to destruct the illusion that the erstwhile elite will automatically suffice in the next war.
