The Centre of Life and household co-organises the National Papal March, which will pass through Warsaw on April 2nd. The organizers encourage us to give public evidence of allegiance to Pope John Paul II. This can be done by participating in a unique event. The march will depart at 11:00 from the Roman Dmowski Rond. It will pass through the streets of Warsaw up to Castle Square and the Archaedra of St. John the Baptist.
St. John Paul II was an unquestionable spiritual guide of respective generations of Poles, shaped morality and marked a hard but certain way to holiness. He firmly defended the life, dignity and well-being of the human individual and its right to development, constituting the inviolable foundation of the life of the human community. He showed the beauty of marital love and vocation to parenthood.
Today we must face the attempts to undermine his holiness and merit for the Church and Homeland. The current events show that we have turned our voice down besides much in the communicative inviting to the agenda after John Paul II. In the absence of a strong consequence to the acceleration of attacks on the Pope, we allowed to arouse distrust and hatred of Catholic religion and the Church, especially among the most susceptible young generation.
Therefore We want to bear witness to our assurance in Saint John Paul II.We would like to remind him of his rich teaching about the value and sanctity of life, which present is needed even more than in the years of his pontificate. The Pope's prophetic message can guide us today, in the midst of the confusion and traps of the modern world.
So let us go together in defence of the Pope's good name, giving a clear signal that both his character and the legacy left to us, inactive constitute signs on the way of increasing up to full humanity and lead us on the way of faith.
We invitation you to the National Papal March, which on April 2, on the 18th anniversary of the Pope's death will pass through the streets of Warsaw. We will leave at 11 a.m. from the Roman Dmowski Rond in Warsaw and then go to St. John the Baptist's Archaeologist's Basilica at Świętejńska Street, where we will finish the Mass together at 12.30 p.m.
