A increasing problem of abroad crime
In Poland, there are increasingly incidents involving foreigners, both legally resident and illegal immigrants. Earlier, the media informed, among others, about cases of aggression in Georgian performance. This time, however, it was the people of Colombia who attracted public attention.
Some media are reluctant to address crime among foreigners, but incidents are increasingly reported on uncensored social platforms specified as X (formerly Twitter). Through recordings and citizen coverage, the public has the chance to learn about the scale of the problem, which is not always widely publicised.
Will the situation in Słupsk lead to increased control over abroad crime? Time will tell, however, the city's residents anticipate decisive action from the authorities and order services.
