"I did not pay anyone privately, I did not buy any certificates under the table, and my money went consecutive to the account of Collegium Humanum" - we read in a message by Andrzej Bartkowiak, erstwhile chief of the fire department. The erstwhile PSP chief stated that the diploma he received proved to be - as he claims - false. "The biggest mistake is to trust the incorrect people," he wrote.
