What if a police officer tells us to unlock the phone? Ombudsman wants changes in law

The Ombudsman made an appeal to the Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar, to curb the police's interest in viewing the contents of our smartphones. The RPO wants to terminate the procedure that present is widely abused by officers. Thanks to the subtle difference between search and inspection, police can feel impunity erstwhile it comes to violating the privacy of our devices.
