"The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court is not a court" - stressed SN judges in a peculiar letter. It was signed by 28 judges. On 1 July, the ultimate Court is to adopt a resolution on the validity of the election of the president of Poland.
