In the ultimate Court, a neo-judge from the Mark Motuk Criminal Chamber was appointed for the immunity of Margaret Manowska. An analogous case is pending before the Court of State. Its members are waiting for the immunity proceeding to be convened by the erstwhile PiS Senator.
