Four blasts, a field of onions hit alternatively of a mark and a failure exceeding 30%. Photographs of Tomahawk's unbroken warheads from Nigeria show that something went very incorrect with the American rocket attack on ISIS. This is simply a serious scratch on the image of an American precision weapon that was expected to be a symbol of a technological advantage.
