The Secretary of defence of the United States was returning from a NATO gathering in Belgium, on board a C-32A kind aircraft with the code name of SAM153 flight. An emergency has already been reported over the Atlantic. The device lowered its ceiling to about 3 km and turned around to yet land at the RAF base in Mildenhall. This place is used, among others, by the United States Air Force.
