Russian leader Vladimir Putin said on Friday at the summit of Central Asia-Russia in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe that Russia is developing a fresh strategical atomic weapon and for Moscow will not be a problem unless the US agrees to extend the fresh START atomic treaty.
