The Advocate General of the TEU Tamara Kappet in her opinion on Thursday proposed that the Court should issue a judgement on whether the decision to adopt the Polish National Recovery Plan by the Council of the EU was in accordance with EU law. Earlier, the complaint of the judicial associations rejected the lower court.
