Russia engaged in aggression against Ukraine, with a full of around 1,300 combat aircraft, including just over a 100 long-range (including strategic) aviation bombers and nearly 1,200 tactical aircraft. During 4 years of war, 149 documented aircraft lost and 38 damaged were recorded. Of the machines lost, only 2 are machines that have been left and partially dismantled as a consequence of wear or damage.
