TEU: a lower instance court can verify the position of judges of the Extraordinary Control Chamber

The lower court may examine the correctness of the appointment of judges in the ruling Chamber of Extraordinary Court of Justice, and if it concludes that 1 of them does not meet the requirements of independency and impartiality, its ruling will should be considered as inconspicuous - this is the consequence of a Thursday judgement of the EU Court of Justice.
