TEU: the court must disregard the ultimate Court judgement given by incorrectly appointed judges

The national court is obliged to declare as a non-existent judgement of a higher court, which is not an independent and impartial court previously established by law, to which the Court of Justice of the EU reached its conclusion in Case C-225/22 of 4 September.
