The limit of places on the junior training courses in the coming year will be somewhat lower than today, the facilities will receive a full of 1,121 people. The future corporals will not have 4 schools to choose from, but 5 schools, due to the fact that the recruitment will besides run the Sub-Office School of Logistics in the Group. The offer of training, addressed to civilians with minimum secondary education, includes as many as 23 specialities.

Non-commissioned courses are 1 of the ways that civilian individuals who want to become sub-commissions of the Polish Army can choose. Each year, the Minister of National Defence, on the basis of the needs of the armed forces and in cooperation with the institutions providing specified courses, shall set a detailed limit of the training places. According to the MON-O paper on this issue of 20 August 2024, 1121 people will be able to attend next year's sub-office courses. The limit is 79 seats lower than applicable this year. However, candidates on the caprals have a choice of not four, but five. You can apply to sub-office schools: the Land Forces in Poznań, the Air Force in Dęblin, the Navy in Ustka, Probes in Zegrzu and the School of Sub-Office Logistics in the Group formed on 1 October 2020. The second has so far only been conducting sub-office courses for private professionals.

Most, due to the fact that 600 seats are waiting in Dęblin. They can apply people who want to service as specialists in aviation in the future and for example operate FA-50 and F-35 aircraft. There are 3 specialities to choose from: engineering and aviation (587 seats), air traffic (3) and unmanned aircraft and indicating targets (10).

The school in Poznań will receive 189 people. Future corporals will train in 7 specialities, including the most in medical rescue (53), nursing (37), cryptology (35) and cybersecurity (37). The training places will be prepared for future: military musicians (20) and general designation specialists (6) and 1 future military pharmacist.

More than half of the seats have been prepared for candidates who want to train in the Zgrzyńska Sonda. The facility will receive a full of 147 volunteers (this year there were 360 seats) in 2 training tours. Most people, due to the fact that 89, will be trained in the communication strategy operation group. 48 civilians will be given a course in the operation of IT systems and 10 in the method group.

The Naval Sub-Office School will be the only facility to evidence an increase in the number of seats. If only 30 of them were prepared by the school this year, there will be 115 students here next year. There are 4 specialities to choose from: radiotechnical (73 seats), method (20), anti-aircraft artillery (10) and anti-aircraft rocket kits (12).

70 civilians in turn will accept the Logistics Sub-Office School in the Group. Everyone will be trained in medical rescue.

School dependent terms

Persons curious in taking part in the course must submit an application at any time selected Military recruitment center. The time limits depend on the selected facility and the course type. At least, due to the fact that by October 4, there are volunteers applying to the school in the Group. Candidates for training in Ustka may apply until 28 February 2025, and in Poznań until 14 June 2025. In the case of 2 another schools there are respective terms, depending on the speciality and editing of the course. And so those curious in training in Dęblin in the first edition of the course must submit applications by 13 December. For these candidates, the course in specialities: unmanned aircraft, air traffic and aviation engineering will start in March 2025. II and III editions of training, exclusively in engineering and aviation, will take place in July and November, and volunteers have time to submit papers by 2 May and 22 August respectively.

Two editions of the courses will be organized by the Zgrzyńska Proda. Volunteers for training in the 1st edition (start of training – February 2025) in individual groups: the operation of communication systems and the operation of information systems must file papers by 13 December of this year, and in the case of the 2nd edition, where candidates will be further trained in method specialty (start of training – September 2025), until 14 June 2025.

The offer of sub-office courses is addressed to adults, who have Polish citizenship and confirmed during the examination the physical and intellectual capacity for professional military service. A certificate of completion of at least secondary or secondary education is besides required, and for any specialities candidates with technical, IT or medical education are preferred. Admission to the course includes, among others, a test from the PE and an interview.

Those who are successful in recruitment will start the course with training as part of voluntary essential military service. Then they will have specialist training, whose duration will depend on the course profile. all period they will receive a wage of PLN 6 1000 gross. After training, the volunteers will be appointed as caprals and will power the ranks of the professional army.
