The draft law on civilian protection and on the state of natural disaster – as planned – was to be adopted by the government by the end of September. However, that did not happen. The paper was not the subject of the first gathering of the government in October. Moreover, as far as the provisions of the draft act are concerned, although in rule the request to make a civilian protection strategy does not rise any doubts, question marks appear already with a large part of detailed solutions.
