Civil protection again after the deadline

The bill on civilian protection and the state of disaster, as planned, was to be adopted by the government by the end of September. But that did not happen. Nor was the paper the subject of the first October gathering of the government. From the information received by the editorial board, it is clear that there is inactive an intra-ministerial consultation, which made it impossible to meet the first deadline. Moreover, erstwhile it comes to the provisions of the bill itself, although, in principle, the request to make a civilian protection strategy does not rise any doubts, the question marks already appear on a number of circumstantial solutions.
