Citizen and the constitutional complaint to the Constitutional Tribunal

The operation of independent and impartial courts is simply a warrant of the appropriate functioning of a democratic state of law – especially erstwhile it comes to the constitutional court. In Poland, citizens have the right to file a complaint to the Constitutional Tribunal to examine the conformity of a given norm with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, but the procedure related to this may seem rather complicated.
