In fresh weeks there have been many suspicious incidents in the Baltic involving harm to NATO's submarine cables. Experts have no doubt: it's sabotage. The NATO States have decided to defy specified actions. The head of Finnish diplomacy Elina Valtonen said on Saturday that both in Finland and at EU level, solutions are being sought under the law of the sea, including the anticipation of its closer interpretation, to limit the Russian shadow fleet, which poses a threat and serves to circumvent Western sanctions.
