Ukrainians were to discuss with CIA representatives plans to blow up the Nord Stream pipeline. Eventually, Washington agents advised them not to do so, but, as we know, they were incapable to halt them. Interestingly, the sabotage was to be approved by then commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Walery Załużny, without asking for the opinion of president Volodymyr Zelenski.
