The CIA and the FBI are utilizing social media and another media to encourage Russians dissatisfied with Putin's invasion of Ukraine to contact them and to do so, they say, have provided safe news channels. This time, the agency published a movie directed straight to Russian government officials. The CIA has utilized another social media in the past, but is now focusing on an encrypted Telegram network due to the fact that it believes it is the main average through which the Russians learn everything from politics to the war in Ukraine. But this movie is besides available on another networks, including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
