China spent $15 billion on Pacific maneuvers in 2023

This comes not only from classical maneuvers, but besides from the costs of many provocations from Beijing. The study consisted of analysing routes by Chinese units and respecting the amount of fuel used, consumables, wages, or even possible repair costs.
