I was in China for 10 days. This time I was in X-an (there's a terracotta army) and for the second time in Beijing (formerly I was 15 years ago). For a fewer days, I'll effort to give you any snapshots from this stay.
I asked my Chinese friend Gang whether the people of Beijing would alternatively go somewhere to the water on the weekend alternatively of sweating (35 degrees!) in the Forbidden City or on the large Wall, walking in an amazing crowd. In any places, the plunger is just like in the picture. Thousands of people, 1 by one. Well, according to Gang, they're not Beijing residents or Xi-an. Thanks to fast railroads, the commute has shortened, for example, from 12 hours to only 3, people have more money, and all Chinese wants to see the Forbidden City, the Wall, or the terracotta army.
It most likely is, due to the fact that 15 years ago, Temple of Heaven was empty and intimate, and now the crowd.
In subsequent notes I will encourage All to visit China, but not necessarily those places that are recommended by tourist guides. I'm certain there's places in this immense country worth seeing, and without the terrible crowds I hate.
