China and South Korea are back together. It's a turning point

Presidents of South Korea and China, Li Dze Mjung and Xi Jinping, declared on Monday in Beijing a full resumption of strategical relations and cooperation for peace in the Korean Peninsula. The gathering of leaders ended with the signing of 15 papers on economical cooperation.
