China gives the green light. They're counting on "soft landing"

Beijing changed its head and allowed Chinese electrical car manufacturers to talk to the European Union themselves about minimum prices. The reaction of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce is simply a consequence to the European Commission's decision to abolish duties on 1 of the models produced in China.
